We did not have an appointment and it was on a Saturday afternoon. We talked to Ed, and, after explaining it to him, he immediately took the car and gave a complete examination. He told us that he did not find any reasons for our concern and took time to explain the possible reasons for our unusual experience. Ed viewed it, agreed with us and had it replaced, thanks ED for great service and making us feel that we are in good hands Need to rate Him personally a AAA. More
