A great use car - and even better service. I had been in search of a used car but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I did massive amount of research online at all the buying services and picked these guys to sell me a car. Edward Rucker, our sales rep was awesome. It was a no pressure environment from the beginning. He offered to help us find exactly what we wanted, for the price range we had in mind. We got a great deal on a Hyundai Elantra with really low miles. The car was detailed and waxed for us at pickup. They handled the sales tax, plates and registration, thank god I didn't have to go to MVA. The sales manager, Mike Stoughton explained everything in detail and got us a great rate at a local Credit union. He navigated us through the credit process and MVA paperwork flawlessly. We were not even at the dealership but maybe 2 hours, on the two combined visits. We couldn't be happier I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, thorough and continues to be unbelievably generous with his time. We did a lot of research on available options and pricing prior to our visit. My father received an outstanding purchase price. Ed spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating the phenomenal technology in the car. He also offered and returned my father’s tags to the MVA to save my father the inconvenience. In addition, a few days after the purchase, he sat in on another road trip with my father to review additional technical features in the car. They went to the EZ Pass office to replace Dad’s EZ Pass. Ed is not only an outstanding ambassador for Subaru, he is a genuinely kind and caring person. We had never met him before but will certainly purchase our cars from him in the future. My family’s experience with all of the employees that we met at Annapolis Subaru was extremely positive. The manager discussed prices with us, we interacted with Diane Zimmerman, the internet sales manager via email prior to going to Annapolis Subaru. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My father loves his new car and could not have had a better experience with the dealership. More

I was referred to this place by a friend and at first, I was extremely skeptical but as soon as I started talking to Ed Rucker, I knew that this man genuinely cared about my purchase. He was very straightforward and honest and did what he could to maximize my buying experience. I live about 45 mins away from Annapolis and there are several Subaru dealerships closer to where I lived but I decided that due to the experience and care, I went with them. they offer very fair prices and do their best to match our needs and their needs. Overall, I would recommend this to my friends and family! More

It was especially nice to be approached by someone so pleasant. Diane then turned us over to Ed Rucker who was our salesman. Again, Ed was so pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to show us the vehicle we were interested in. We found the perfect Forester and went on to the financing end. Billy Sadtler, the Sales Manager and Finance Manager was also incredibly polite and gracious. He also went above and beyond to get us the best rate and handled all of the paperwork with ease. He agreed to our price and went out of his way to meet our terms. What an incredibly wonder experience all the way around. Who knew car buying could be so fun. Ed guided me through a process of making sure the car was available, holding it while we were in discussion and was great at following up on everything I had asked for. Not only was his service outstanding, the price on the car was the best I could find within a 500 mile search. Unfortunately, the car was a bit out of comfort zone for payments and down payment. Ed was very professional when I told him about my decision not to purchase the car. He put some considerable time and effort to make a deal happen. This is not your typical car dealer and Ed is an outstanding sales professional. If you are looking to buy a car from out of the area or from this dealership, Ed Rucker is the guy you want to talk to. More
