I'm not an easy car buyer to deal with. I do my homework before hand and know what I want at what price. Throughout the entire dealing, I must say, both Stephen and Jay were extremely polite and charismatic to the point that it eventually brought me to a smiling state. Their patience with me was impressive and although I almost walked out twice, prematurely, I remained to hear them out all due to their positive attitude.(I've walked out on many sales people because of their attitude,which means more to me than cost). By the time I left, 6 hours later, I was indeed a happy camper. extremely elated with the deal I received, but more importantly, because of your impressive staff. I just purchased my 5th Honda Accord from planet Honda in Union NJ. I dealt with Jay , Eddie & Michael to complete my deal. I get such amazing deals and in particular Jay , Eddie & michael stand out taking care of my long term car needs while selling me a car at an amazing price and good prices on the extended warranty. speaking of which while its rare you need to use your warranty when you do the service dept. is always fair and on time and honest unlike many car dealers. I know a lot of these sites where reviews are written look to be made up but rest assured I really have found PLANET HONDA to be the best priced dealer out there and my loyalty to them is rewarded as every time i refer a new buyer to them I get a check for 100.00 and every deal for my own car seems to get better and better. the 2012 accord EX-L is the best deal I ever got and the apr was a low .9% for 3 years on the loan. BOTTOM LINE: GO TO PLANET HONDA FOR ANY HONDA NEEDS. THE PRICING IS # 1 AND THE SERVICE DEPT. IS JUST AS AMAZING. THIS 23 YR CUSTOMER WILL STAY WITH THEM FOR AS LONG AS I NEED OT BUY A CAR!!! I live within a 5 mile radius, but I have never purchased any of our Honda's from Planet. However, I decided to give it a try this time. I contacted Shalita Banks from the Internet sales department--she was any of our Honda's from Planet. However, I decided to give it a try this time. Usually it takes you 5-6 hrs to purchase a car from a dealer, but I practically made my deal through email which was very quick, easy, and efficient since I do not have hours to waste at dealerships. Out of all the dealerships in the area, Shalitha was VERY VERY prompt with all correspondance--which ultimately led me to purchase the car from Planet. If it was not for her, I don't think I would have shopped there to begin with. Thank you for taking me seriously even though we mainly chatted via email. A+++++++++ When I visited the dealership, I highly recommend meeting with Mr. Henry Li. What an experienced salesman!! His knowledge definitely shows. I came at 9:15PM to purchase my car (remember the dealership closes at 9:30), and we closed the deal within 40 mins. He even came to pick me up from my house the next day on his day off so we can finish the paper work before getting the keys. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Henry Li. Was recommended to Planet Honda from a co-worker. He put me in touch with Eddie Amorin who listened to my needs with early termination of a lease. Eddie was extremely helpful and understood my needs. Eddie put me in touch with Frank Talarico who called me within minutes to set up everything prior to my visit. Two days later I was in the dealership where Frank was awaiting my visit at the door. My experience was cordial and non pressured. Everything we discussed on the phone was on paper with no differences of numbers. After signing a few papers I was brought over to the Finanace Dept. to meet with Margaret Cummings who was warm, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My overall experience was top notch from all above and I was in the car I wanted within an hour. I would highly recommend to my friends and co-workers Planet Honda for their next purchase or lease. I currently live in Flemington, NJ and I have been shopping around for my first lease. I went everywhere from Nissan in Flemington to Toyota in Bridgewater and so forth but no luck finding GOOD CUSTOM shopping around for my first lease. I went everywhere from Nissan in Flemington to Toyota in Bridgewater and so forth but no luck finding GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s very hard to walk into a dealership without feeling like you are getting a bad deal but that was not the case at Planet Honda. I was never rushed into buying the first car I saw, I even left that same day and came back for a couple of more test drives, then left and came back a week later. I was never told that if I didn’t buy the car that same night that I would not be able to get the deal I wanted (like Toyota did to me). The managers were wonderful, both Chigbo and Eddie were understanding with my situation and budget and gave me the best deal possible. Francis made sure that everything was perfect on the car when it was delivered to me. I have to say the same goes for Margaret in finance, she was very helpful in explaining to me every detail I needed to know about my first lease. One of the best dealerships when it comes to customer service so I will definitely be back in 2 years to get another lease from Planet Honda. More
