Jack and Ed were friendly and explained all of my options clearly with out heavy pressure like at every other dealership I've ever dealt with. Jack help explain the new technology and synced my phone to the car for me. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to my three year old and moved things right along. Bill the finance man was very knowledgeable and got us a great interest rate. I'll be doing all my maintenance and business there in the future. Great experience. More

I end up connecting with Stanley (internet sales gentleman) @Janelle Ford, I told him what I was looking for, he advice me to come down take a look at a demo that the GM was driving. Me and hubby came down only to look at the truck, no extension of purchasing anything. We was connected with Ariel a great sales guy, show us the truck. We took the truck for a drive and I feel in love with the truck. When we got back to the dealer Ariel talk to us, we when over numbers and so forth on. The only reason why I purchase from Janelle Ford was not only for the good prices, but for the oral all experience, very friendly, no sale pressure, very patience with us and willing to do anything to make us (customer) happy.
