This was my first time dealing with Jannell Ford and this experience was just how buying a car should always go. The sales associate (Dan) was very knowledgeable about the car and it’s features and he was su experience was just how buying a car should always go. The sales manger (Harry) got involved to make sure I was happy and then the GSM (Eddie) came over for what I was expecting as hard sales close. Instead, he wanted to answer questions and help with the process. It was refreshing to deal with real people who make you feel comfortable. After car shopping for the past few months it feels good to know that I got a great deal. Jannell just gained a new customer! More
