This was my first time dealing with Jannell Ford and this experience was just how buying a car should always go. The sales associate (Dan) was very knowledgeable about the car and it’s features and he was su experience was just how buying a car should always go. The sales manger (Harry) got involved to make sure I was happy and then the GSM (Eddie) came over for what I was expecting as hard sales close. Instead, he wanted to answer questions and help with the process. It was refreshing to deal with real people who make you feel comfortable.
