I was immediately informed, was given open and honest choices and was COMPLETELY satisfied with the results. The entire service team is wonderful. I couldn't image a better, more qualified, professional than Eddie who consulted on the repairs needed. I immediately felt the effects of the technicians awesome work when I drove my car. Professionalism,Great Customer service, Attention to details I was there for oil change, but they checked other things as well. I'm glad they did because I forgot to tell them about my brakes, as turned out they I was there for oil change, but they checked other things as well. I'm glad they did because I forgot to tell them about my brakes, as turned out they Identified the issue notifed me. I'm safe on the road and didn't have to make a second trip to the service department. Eddie was my service advisor today and for the past 12 years and two cars he is constantly professional. Additionally, Everyone there is very nice, which is why I keep coming back even though there is another dealership closer to my residence. BTW - The new facility is awesome! More
