Appointment for service Made appointment to drop off car for service, did not hear back from department and had to call several times for update. Service tech was supposed Made appointment to drop off car for service, did not hear back from department and had to call several times for update. Service tech was supposed to call ne by end of day and did not. Needed vehicle for transportation until it was completed. Disappointed in the lack of communication and also the way they treated my daughter. Was charged for unnecessary oil change which she was unaware that she had signed for. More
