They got me in on short notice for an oil change and that was much appreciated. I did feel like the technician that did the work had a bad attitude and did not care about my Jeep. Service department customer service has fallen way off of the charts. Won't recommend or use again. Waited 3 hours for an oil change just to be told they never pulled my truck in. Took three hours for oil change. I was told it would be a few minutes. One of the techs smoked strawberries vape in my truck and left his vape machine in it. The charged me $571.
