Y’all need to make appointments for customers before they bring their vehicles in for service that way they are sitting at the dealer for weeks waiting to be worked on if y’all want to pay my truck payment t bring their vehicles in for service that way they are sitting at the dealer for weeks waiting to be worked on if y’all want to pay my truck payment then so be it cuz it’s not y’all’s vehicle it’s mine and needs to be in my driveway at my house not the dealership because I pay for and I use it when I need it which is why I bought it for me to use and not sit at the dealer and when a vehicle comes in for warranty work the problem needs to be fixed the first time instead of just doin a crappy job and the problem still existing but y’all are the only Ram dealer around so I guess you get what you get and it is what it is, the service is very poor the service managers never call you to give you updates on your vehicle when it’s in for service you have to call them and then they don’t answer the phone or call you back like they say the will have to call multiple times just to get somebody to answer the phone and then they lie to you about what’s actually wrong with your vehicle I like the actual truth not what you think it is and I would like an explanation to as why you think that is the problem and what the correct fix would be but then again warranty work y’all never get it right the first time it has to go back multiple times just to fix the same problem More
