Have taken my truck in (with appointments made 2 weeks in advance) 4 times for the same Engine code and it still isn’t fixed although on this last visit I was told after 5 hours waiting that a part would ha advance) 4 times for the same Engine code and it still isn’t fixed although on this last visit I was told after 5 hours waiting that a part would have to be ordered. The wait was despite being told that a vehicle would be ready for me to use while the repairs were being done when I made the appointment! I live 30 miles away from the dealership,am disabled,and my truck is my only transportation. Acting GM made apologies for no vehicle and said Enterprise was the problem but no other vehicle was offered and after the 5 hours wait my vehicle was ready for me to drive until the ordered part arrived—— still not fixed! More

The gentleman who drove me back to my work & picked me up was exceptional !!! He held the door open for me & was very polite . my actual service was not that awesome. I still have to bring my car in for them to do something they already charged me for. Yes, they won't charge me , but I have to take time off of work to get done what should've already b done. Also , ended up taking my car somewhere else for back brakes & rotars cause it was over 1, 000.00 cheaper. Again , I wish I could remember his name , but the one who drives & picks us up is the best!! Love him!! More
