After calling the dealer and Toyota multiple times two issues that have not been resolved. The door trim that was added and billed was peeling off before I drove the car home. I was told they would call m issues that have not been resolved. The door trim that was added and billed was peeling off before I drove the car home. I was told they would call me within a week to set up an appointment to fix it. Still have not heard back about that even when I was called twice by someone trying to sell me a car from that same location because they were not informed I already purchased. Also I’ve called to try and set up my online account to pay bills but can’t do it because the website doesn’t go past the input email page. I was told use a different browser, used all chrome safari Firefox and none of them work. Very poor customer service especially after I bought the car. More

My wife and I have spent some time at the dealership and had no issues. I/we like 99% of the staff we have ran into or dealt with.
