They ordered the part to my brand new truck that I received that day and let me know it was in and I could bring it in for service. They installed my fuel tank door in an hour and I was on my way. Service is good. Service representatives are hard if not impossible to reach for status on vehicle . Had 7:30 appointment no one showed up until after 8:00. Excellent service on the commercial truck service side. Eddie Marshall and Querida Williams were excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. But I just want to say I went to the car service department first because this was my first time receiving service and I didn’t know I was in the wrong service department and the person in that department was very rude and not helpful.
