Naiym is truly in a league of his own when it comes to customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism. First off, Naiym isn’t pushy at all. That was one of my biggest fears going into the dealership. I’ve dealt with car salespeople before who barely let me breathe before throwing numbers and pressure at me. Naiym was the opposite. He greeted me with a smile, took the time to ask what I was looking for, and actually listened to my needs. He didn’t try to upsell me or convince me to look at cars out of my budget — instead, he worked with me to find a vehicle that made sense for me financially and lifestyle-wise.
