This is a very deceiving and dishonest dealership and use bad tactics to get you to purchase a vehicle. They are actually known for taking an extremely long to to get you out the door as a way to ensure you bad tactics to get you to purchase a vehicle. They are actually known for taking an extremely long to to get you out the door as a way to ensure you are antsy to leave when the paperwork comes. They are very cut throat and seem to take advantage of single women that want to purchase a vehicle there. They rarely hold to their word on verbal agreements and no one knows of the promotions they run, they’re just to get you in the door apparently. I spoke to managers, salespersons, finance, marketing, and no one seems to have any info on the Amazon gift card and since it wasn’t included in the deal it’s not longer a possibility apparently even though I inquired about it with everyone and was told it could be retroactive. In addition, Victor, supposedly a lead/manager, blatantly told me that the price on their website was “more advertising nothing more” when I inquired about the price of a car dropping $5k on their website and I was working with him on issues of a previous car deal I bought there and was then trying to get numbers/purchase the vehicle I originally wanted. Not to mention I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to charge more than advertised price on their website (not including taxes, title, fees, etc). When a manager doesn’t even want to assist, is completely shady, and no one in the entire dealership knows of promotions they are running on their website and airing commercials for, it says a lot about the dealership. In addition, when I made a completely new online inquiry about the Highlander to finally get numbers for the vehicle and decided to purchase it, they completely cancelled the previous car deal I just bought and used my original trade in which “adjusted my total cash paid by a little but not enough to change my monthly payment”, however I wasn’t aware they were doing this and caught it when signing paperwork. The way they made it seem is that my total cash price would have been less had they taken the trade of the vehicle I had recently purchased but instead used my original trade to get more money from me. It doesn’t need to be said but ensure you are thoroughly reading the paperwork they put in front of you because I doubt it’ll be the same as your verbal agreement and make sure you have everything you agreed to on the we/you owe form. I also was promised a match on my APR since I had my own financing already approved but when I went to sign the paperwork, my APR was slightly higher than what I agreed to/brought but I wasn’t made aware of this and happened to see it on the paperwork (one of a few issues of the first deal I had here). That’s 2 times this dealership has not been forthcoming/honest in the best interest of the customer. The only positive interaction I had here was with Eddie Polanco, the sales rep who answered my online inquiry about the car I originally wanted and went down in price online. He was absolutely fantastic, straightforward, personable, and really made me feel that he cared and put effort in. If you do find a good deal on a car here, make sure to visit Eddie and read ALL of your paperwork because they WILL take advantage of you. More

The reason I gave Eddie Polanco 5 stars is because I couldn't give him 6! He made my experience easy and got me in and out in 90 minutes! Their staff helped to streamline my experience and Christian Colon made the paperwork quick and easy without trying to sell me anything I didn't want. I appreciate that, and I appreciate Eddie Polanco for sticking with it and making this deal happen! More
