I was immediately greeted by employees who rushed to open the door for me, seeing me approach with my 6-month-old in the stroller. After being welcomed, I enjoyed the convenience of the customer lounge area while my husband went on a test drive. The seating is comfortable and spacious, and even offered some privacy as I needed to nurse the baby. I also enjoyed a cup of tea from the complimentary café. It was a pleasure working with Eddie Sanchez! He showed interest in our needs and made sure to answer every question we had. During our time at Valley Honda, he made sure we were comfortable and worked efficiently to make the car-buying process go quickly and smoothly. I honestly expected it to be stressful and time-consuming, especially with an infant with us, but it was quick, easy and painless. Great customer service and follow up We purchased a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee for our daughter and after months of attempting to work with other dealerships, I appreciated the honesty and f We purchased a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee for our daughter and after months of attempting to work with other dealerships, I appreciated the honesty and follow up from Eddie and the Valley Honda dealership. When I called to inquire if the car was still there, Eddie called me right back and confirmed it was and mentioned that the color of the vehicle was actually black, not gray. There was a mistake with the listing and he wanted to be sure I knew before driving there. I had dealt with so many other dealerships that would tell me a car was available only to find out that it was "just sold" right before I arrived for a test drive. I also found many dealerships had hidden additional feels if a vehicle was certified for example. None of those games at Valley Honda. There wasn't any wiggle room on the price of the vehicle because it had just been reduced $2,000 and was below market value. It took some back and forth to come to an acceptable rate for financing, but ultimately we got there. We did notice an issue with the USB port not charging the next day and they called us right back and told us to bring it in for service. Holly helped correct the issue at no additional cost to us. Great customer service, I will definitely go back again in the future. More
