It had proven to be one of the best v My wife and I purchased a new 2018 Buick Regal SportBack Essence AWD from Eric Davis at Pointe Buick last year. It had proven to be one of the best vehicles we’ve ever owned. We had also previously purchased a new Pontiac G8 from Pointe. Unfortunately, our new Regal was involved in an accident two weeks ago and declared a total loss. We liked this car so much that we wanted to replace it with an identical new 2019. We contacted Eric shortly after the accident, and, within a day, he had located a perfect match, one of only two in the U.S. He had the new car brought down from New York right away. We were able to pick up the new Regal from Pointe barely a week after the accident. Simply amazing service, and the reason why we are loyal Pointe customers. Eric made the whole experience seamless for us without even going to the Dealership until the car was ready for pick up. More

We are always satisfied with the service department and dealing with Teron and Eddie. After speaking with Jay we knew we would be leasing a vehicle from here. We had another great experience with Pointe Buick GMC dealership. Jay was able to help us get a new car to lease to meet our needs and budget. He was very personable, understanding and pleasant.
