Enjoyable Car Buying Experience I've used this dealership in the past for repairs on my 2016 Pathfinder and was always treated in an exceptional manner, so when I decided to purchase I've used this dealership in the past for repairs on my 2016 Pathfinder and was always treated in an exceptional manner, so when I decided to purchase a 2018 Armada this is where I went. I knew the service managers were great and it seems the sales staff is also. D.J. Kilgo was so friendly and helpful and very low pressure which I always like. Sales Manager was Eddie Williams and he was also very friendly. I hadn't really done my homework on the vehicle price like I usually do before purchasing a car as it was a spur of the moment visit. It's possible I couldn't have paid less, but I have no regrets. The great experience they provided at a difficult time in my life (husband passed away) was priceless. More

Magnificent car buying experience I would have to say that Rico made my car purchase an extremely pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable about the new Maxima and all of it's features. After seeing as well as driving the vehicle of my choice Jessie brought in Eddie William and Lee William and their capable staff to not only improve the experience but finish the sale. I would say that anyone looking for a new car, truck, crossover should consider buying form this dealership. I give this dealership a perfect 10. Amazingly NOT interested in selling cars. There is a good thing about the Mercedes dealership next door....you can experience the way customers should be treated. I explained to the Mercedes There is a good thing about the Mercedes dealership next door....you can experience the way customers should be treated. I explained to the Mercedes dealer that we were only interested in the Nissans next door, but they still went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. We did not buy a Mercedes because it wasn't what we wanted, but we didn't buy a Nissan because of Landers Nissan. I believe several things concerning Landers Nissan. They could care less if they sell a car. They usually have more staff loitering than customers and the sales offices are disgracefully unkempt and dirty. Be warned that if the sales associate helping you disappears to talk to manager, find a car out back, or smoke a cigarette, be prepared to wait a minimum of 25 minutes. My suspicion is that they prey on unknowledgeable folks with poor credit. Why work if you don't have to? Plus, it cuts into cigarette break time. If you understand incentives, financing options and car values, you're best served somewhere else. I think the drive to Decatur is probably a better use of your waiting time. More
