Put out of sight out of mind I purchased a used vehicle 1.5 month ago and found a part to be broken. And I will not suggest any of the Landers McLarty group because if 1 dealership will treat a person like this I assume they all will..... The sales person I dealt with told me well you did purchase a used vehicle what did you expect..... More

Disrespectful and poor business My wife had a bought a car from Landers Mclarty Nissan in Huntsville a couple years ago. She had been faithful with all of her services and to take th My wife had a bought a car from Landers Mclarty Nissan in Huntsville a couple years ago. She had been faithful with all of her services and to take them to be serviced. Since we’ve been married we’ve encountered different financial challenges including taking care of her dad who now lives with us and now we are expecting a little one. We had decided to sell her car as soon as we were able to. Landers Mclarty sent a letter to us stating that they had a shortage of my wife’s car and that they are buying back said car which is a 2012 Nissan Maxima. The letter didn’t have any dates or mention of when the event was to end. My wife called them on a Friday and spoke with a salesman telling him that we were interested in selling our car back to them as stated in the letter. The salesman affirmed everything that the letter stated and told her to come by the next day anytime before they closed and that he would send the information for the “appointment.” He never did email her the information as he said he would. So the next day I detailed the car and we took to the dealership and spoke with another salesman who proceeded to fill out an application. He then went to take it to the manager and eventually comes back to tell us we couldn’t be seen. And that the appraisers had left for the day. We drove 45 minutes in separate cars to be seen and they wouldn’t do as promised and they were not willing to make it right and in fact the manager disappeared. We were told we needed to make an appointment but their idea of an appointment is to call before your headed out to see them so that they could let the appraisers and management know. And so my wife did just that yesterday. She called them and spoke with somebody who told her she was able to come. They took her keys and everything but all they really cared to know is if we were going to buy another car. But since we were not interested in buying they decided they weren’t interested buying anymore either. This business is disrespectful in how they are handling their business. They are not upfront and honest about their offers. They were not willing to honor what they had sent out and the manager didn’t seem interested in making it right. It is poor customer service and bad management especially for business. How do they know we couldn’t possibly buy a car down the road and that we wouldn’t go to them? Not only would they have invested in themselves by buying back our car but also in us as future customers. Not only will we not be doing business with Landers Mclarty in future we won’t recommend them to anyone either. More

Excellent Attentive Service My husband and I stopped by to look at cars with our two young children. We were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome despite crying babies. � My husband and I stopped by to look at cars with our two young children. We were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome despite crying babies. 🙄 We ended up spending the afternoon looking and test driving an SUV. We preferred something slightly used and DJ definitely delivered with the color my husband preferred, the trim I liked and a fantastic warranty to boot. Everyone was friendly the entire experience and we would recommend Nissan of Huntsville to anyone looking to purchase a car. They do not disappoint. More

Among all the other issues service department the worse Don't bother getting an appointment because the drive ups with no appointment still goes ahead of you. Also was told that they would remove an accessory from my truck under warranty but the changed their mind because they had a guy quit that did that type work. Bad customer service. Also had the manager tell me if I bought a Titan from the dealership they would set me up with a free service program for first 2 yearsand that also was a lie. Do your self a favor so elsewhere. More
