Amazing Experience...As always My family and I have been customers of Landers McClarty Nissan for many years. We have always had the most amazing experience and the customer truly comes first. There is no problem too big for Landers McClarty Nissan! My most recent purchase was on July 10, 2015. My car salesman was Earl Burke. He made it happen for us and was the most courteous and concerned dealer ever. He really took care of us. Also Mr Eddie Williams always makes sure we are well taken care of and that we get exactly what we want. We traveled 4 hours to Huntsville just to shop with him. He has been there for us since day 1 and is very appreciated. Lastly Mr John in finance was very helpful and compassionate! We absolutely love LANDERS MCCLARTY NISSAN and will continue to shop with them for our car needs! More

Excellent, honest, and respectful I had receive a phone call wanting to purchase my used vehicle through the service department and didn't understand the how the process work. Speaking I had receive a phone call wanting to purchase my used vehicle through the service department and didn't understand the how the process work. Speaking with Joe Johnson not only helped me understand everything by taking the time to answer my question but he wasn't trying to force me to purchase a vehicle. I set an appointment up with Joe to give me an appraisal on my current vehicle and to go over what specials they are currently offering. That evening I looked up my trade in value on my car and was surprised when they offered me way more than what is was worth. Throughout the process Joe was courteous and respectful by answering my questions and being honest about them. It took me a few days to decide and was respectful enough to not bother me during my daughters birthday part. He allowed to make my decision on my own time without numerous harassing phone calls are you going to but yet. The financial department was excellent in handle the numbers and getting my where I wanted without treating me like I need them more than they need me. I was very pleased to see the store manager go into every sales office to see if they needed anything or if he could do anything for the families purchasing the vehicle. When he came to check on me there was a question I had and without any hesitation took care of it. If you are looking for a friendly staff who will go the extra mile to make you happy then you need to purchase a vehicle from Landers McLarty Nissan of Huntsville Al. More

Very bad experience. I was going to purchase my 3rd car from this dealer and they didn't want to negotiate the price! And just simply said well if you can't afford it, you I was going to purchase my 3rd car from this dealer and they didn't want to negotiate the price! Great customer service I needed to add a car to our family and found just the place to do it! Looked at another dealership before going to Nissan. Not sure why I even did I needed to add a car to our family and found just the place to do it! Looked at another dealership before going to Nissan. Not sure why I even did that but after seeing the new 2015 Nissan Murano and driving it, I was hooked! My Sales Consultant, Lisa Spratt was awesome! From the very start she pretty much nailed down exactly what I was looking for and her expertize didn't stop there. While on the test drive, she explained, in detail, every bell and whistle there was! In the end, while the cleaning crew had gone to lunch, she took my new SUV back and took all the stickers off herself, and took care of the other little issues I had before signing the final document. Thank you, Lisa! You did a superb job!!!! LOVE my new Murano!!!! More

Bait and switch Completed a lease expecting that Landers and the salesman (Mr. Ruth) would honor the terms of the lease, only later receive a bill from NISSAN CORPORA Completed a lease expecting that Landers and the salesman (Mr. Ruth) would honor the terms of the lease, only later receive a bill from NISSAN CORPORATION for $800.00+. Called the dealership was transferred fromt the sales department to the leasing manager, to whom I forwarded paperwork. Saying that he would look into it and get back to me - did not happen. Some weeks later contacted dealership again, was again transferred around from leasing back to the sales department. Talked with a sales person who said, next time I call speak to leasing. Dismissed his suggestion, called back to speak with a Manager, was connected to a Relationship-type person, who also made promises that 'he was all about the customer'. Agreed to get back to him on the following Monday. I called on Tuesday, told he was at the dentist, leaving a message I was assured he would call me back. Several days have passed, he has yet to call me back. Landers is dishonest in this situation, and I expect that only more aggressive action will resolve. Although I regret my latest purchase from them, I plan to never make that mistake again. More

The two things are perfection of my talents and making the menu fit the need of the function. Food and being a Chef is all about timing , keeping the cost at the level promised and making the experience memorable . This is what I experienced from the minute Eddie greeted me until Sylvester said good bye . My new car fits all of my needs , the cost is where I was promised it would be before we went on the Test Ride and the timing was spot on.
