Very Positive Experience! I recently purchased a 2017 Rogue from Nissan of Huntsville and had a very positive experience! Anthony Berry, my sales person was very helpful, know I recently purchased a 2017 Rogue from Nissan of Huntsville and had a very positive experience! Anthony Berry, my sales person was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and most of all patient with me ( I had a hard time parting with my money and I am technology challenged). Everyone I dealt with that day was friendly and professional including the general manager and finance manager. But the best thing is that I love my new Rogue!!! I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family and will come back in the future when I get "car fever"!!! More

Worst experience if ever had at a dealership. I've never had a more terrible experience at a dealership than I did at your dealership this past Monday. A) the manger we were setup to meet at 7 was I've never had a more terrible experience at a dealership than I did at your dealership this past Monday. A) the manger we were setup to meet at 7 wasn't there. B) the vehicle we were coming to look at wasn't there and after making a trip to Wal-Mart in Madison it was determined it was sold/someone was driving it. C) the salesman didn't even speak to us the entire trip back to the dealership. D) pulled into the dealership and said I'll get your keys to your vehicle and pretty much said bye, we're about to close so we're not going to try and sell you a vehicle. E) spoke to another sells manager who didn't care either. F) sales manager the next day called me back, Eddie Williams, after only trying to get a hold of the store manager and said he would personally find us a vehicle and stated he would be calling me back within 24hrs. You think I've heard back from him? Nope. More

Lies through their teeth Was told the 2015 Honda Pilot we bought has navigation. Didnt. Was told I received the lowest price I could get. Wasnt. Found that after I purchased I Googled the Vin and was 6000 cheaper on the Tennessee lot. Chip and windshield, wouldn't fix, tough luck. Four new tires. Noticed slight vibration so too to Sams to balance rotate etc.. Was told by Sams that they put new tire on a bent rim in back. Called to speak with Eddie, no return call. Sorry, sad, pathetic dralership. Don't go here! More
