Prices are way to high, almost double the labor rate than most shops. Vehicle was misdiagnosed, was a cost of close to 4 grand to fix, but I didn't there. Retired master mechanic so I replaced the recommende most shops. Vehicle was misdiagnosed, was a cost of close to 4 grand to fix, but I didn't there. Retired master mechanic so I replaced the recommended parts only to find the didn't fix my issue, so 250 diag fee wasted. And to boot they scratched three of my aluminum wheels in the process! Would not recommend anyone to go there for service. More

I went in to get a oil change. My previous visit was less than stellar and the customer service rep that called me to discuss. It told me that my next visit and oil change would be My previous visit was less than stellar and the customer service rep that called me to discuss. It told me that my next visit and oil change would be on the house. While I was waiting for the oil change, I spoke with a sales rep Benjamin who was pretty awesome. We looked at a few vehicles, but did not come into agreement to make a sale. After a while, I noticed my car in the service Bay. No one informed us that the service was done and when I went to go get my keys, the young lady behind the desk informed me that the oil change would be $90. I explained the situation to her and she stated that I had to wait as the person who made the agreement with me was busy on the phone. It sounded like she was placing a food order. She looked my direction and walked away. It wasn't until Michelle and service came up to me and asked me if everything was OK and what was I still doing here that I explained the situation she looked at the young lady at the service desk and told him to stop making them wait she rectify the situation, signed the paperwork and handed me my keys. More
