Review is about our experience getting a used vehicle here. Would definitely recommend our salesman Eddy (though he might go on a little about the awards he's gotten ;) ). We emailed the dealership u here. Would definitely recommend our salesman Eddy (though he might go on a little about the awards he's gotten ;) ). We emailed the dealership up front asking for an exact price with add-ons, tax, doc fee etc. for a used Toyota Prius they had on the lot. They provided a full OTD price immediately up front without hassling us to come into the dealership which was a huge indicator of honest business practices. They also didn't force any add-ons or market adjustments (though the financing did try to convince us to get a tech warranty). When we got to the dealership we were welcomed in in a very friendly way by the owner, and Eddy had gotten the car all ready for our appointment. Eddy was super personable and friendly, and after the drive he gave my partner and I time to discuss alone which was SUPER helpful and allowed us not to feel pressure to discuss in front of him. When we had hammered out details (and he'd shown us all our options regarding warranties etc.) we did have to wait for an hour or two because their finance office was understaffed that day. Eddy left us alone but regularly checked in on us while we waited, which was super sweet, and even brought us some pizza since we were waiting around lunch time. Everyone gave us monthly payment costs, but were also very up front about the actual cost of products they offered which is a sign of honest business. If they run their new car business like they run their used car business, I can't recommend them highly enough. More
