I like the look of the dealership and Oscar did a terrific job of getting the piece where we needed it to make the deal and to deliver it to our house which is quite a ways from the dealership was g terrific job of getting the piece where we needed it to make the deal and to deliver it to our house which is quite a ways from the dealership was great, however that's where the good stopped and the bad started.First thing the vehicle got to us filthy,I washed it myself even though it was well below freezing (that's why I was told it was delivered to me dirty) and then there's the no hands free lift gate, we still don't know if my 83,000.00 vehicle has it or not and I have been told numerous times that they will find out for sure and call me back, but I have received no call.The sales manager did call and tell me to take it to a detailer and he would pay for it. also the vehicle has no cargo net in it and for the price of this vehicle I would think that would be part of the package More

When we purchased our vehicle, the initial start with Edgar turned out good and then, after I told him I wanted four new tires, he argued back-and-forth with me and some to the point of not even respondi Edgar turned out good and then, after I told him I wanted four new tires, he argued back-and-forth with me and some to the point of not even responding. Oscar got involved when I started to tell them I would not purchase a vehicle without it and he did whatever it takes and did not know of the problem and apologize profusely and said it would’ve been no problem to get tires for us and he made sure that everything we needed was taken care of without a problem Oscar, the sales manager is the reason why I give five stars. The service department was very good as well on the tires and ceramic coating. We will be back, but we will definitely not use Edgar again. After returning to the dealership a couple of times, he was very offstandish and would not hardly speak. Totally unprofessional. More
