I had an appt for 4:30pm arrived before 4:30 my advisor was no where to be found was called several times by another advisor. He finally met me at 5:15pm the service took relatively 1 hour tire rotations a was no where to be found was called several times by another advisor. He finally met me at 5:15pm the service took relatively 1 hour tire rotations and oil change. I like that the car was clean after the service. The price has increased this was a surprise. I don’t feel Cadillac should charge for this device specially on a lease vehicle. Go back to your old previous service levels. No charge More
