Williamson’s is a spectacular dealership with customer service that resets the bar on what is possible to make the customer experience comfortable and efficient…Carlos Gomera is amazing - he quickly under service that resets the bar on what is possible to make the customer experience comfortable and efficient…Carlos Gomera is amazing - he quickly understood my issue/urgency pulled over at the side of the road in Miami 700 miles from home, got me in and vehicle diagnosed and fixed in record time so I could make my Pan Am Games Trials and not worry. They even had a concierge that got me a perfect suv rental at a great negotiated dealership rate…amazing. The guys greeting new arrivals were so helpful in the right place at the right time helping me move my gear into and later out of the rental after my Yukon was repaired with new front bearings/brakes. I can’t say enough about the friendly quality service provided…from the amazing huge clean facility to all the services provided with smiles and understanding. They turned what could have been a disaster into an amazing human experience. Thank you Carlos and team. I will never forget what you did for me. Other dealerships should take a lesson from your approach and set up at Williamson’s…you are in a different class. More

Luis went above and beyond during our purchase calling insurance companies to get our rate cheaper which he was able to do. He saved us 70.00 a month.
