Professional sales staff, completed my internet purchase without any issues. Picked me up at the airport in Las Vegas in my new Subaru BRZ. They had me heading back home to Great Falls, MT in less than 3 ho without any issues. Picked me up at the airport in Las Vegas in my new Subaru BRZ. They had me heading back home to Great Falls, MT in less than 3 hours No high pressure add-ons even $100 less than the price we agreed upon. I even received a $20 refund check for registration tag fee, because I was not registering car in Nevada. Best car purchase that I have ever experienced. Very happy with the extra attention to the little details like car wash & full tank of gas. More

Allen was very nice! ! I wish he had done the paperwork differently but, I liked him very much! The management approved my lease then, the next day said it was declined wh ! The management approved my lease then, the next day said it was declined which meant that we had to resign all the paperwork and put my husband in the lease! Which, I feel, could’ve been done the night before. But, I love my Subaru and will keep going and deal with Allen! More

I was looking for a specifically trimmed vehicle, so I broadened my search radius from my home in LA to 250 miles. I found it, but it was in Las Vegas 240 miles away. Yet, I took the "leap of faith” and initiated a call. That first conversation was followed up with many emails, texts and questions. Taking the lead was Mike Nelson; I was treated with respect. He valued my business and offered full transparency. He took additional pictures that I requested and guided me through a personalized process that worked best for me. My initial hesitation and resistance proved unwarranted and was put to rest. It became clear that this relationship was not the arduous back and forth; trust was being established. So, we “pulled the trigger” and formalized the agreement. Two days later, we boarded a plane; Mike facilitated transportation from the airport to the dealership; and the team of Edo, Josh, Jace, and Bret played their part that resulted in a seamless, satisfying experience. No question, we had made the right choice. Subaru of Las Vegas proved to us that they are different. As Mike noted, he just doesn’t sell cars, he listens and values the needs of clients who visit this dealership and works to accommodate those needs. I know, I experienced it. Maybe it’s your turn; give it a try; you won’t be disappointed. I am “over the moon” with my purchase and related buying experience. More
