First, my service man attempted to talk to me about a recall service that did not even apply to my car, and when I explained that to him he cussed in front of me. Then while trying to make conversation he looked over my school papers and proceeded to say “oh those look like court documents” who does that? They could’ve been personal/work/or confidential. Then overcharged me for every service. 80$ for a cabin filter?? I could buy one for 20$. After overcharging the heck out of me proceeded to mention his salary/raises/bonus/ all contingent to me filling out a survey & now has hounded me with 5 phone calls in the past 12 hours for me to fill out a survey for him to get his money and to get 1 ten dollar coupon More
