A Perfect Day! As I entered the front door of Braman BMW West Palm Beach last Friday, I was immediately greeted with a happy " Good Morning Mrs. Leffler" ! ." T As I entered the front door of Braman BMW West Palm Beach last Friday, I was immediately greeted with a happy " Good Morning Mrs. Leffler" ! ." That started my perfect day . Then Donna and I sat down to purchase my 6th BMW from Braman . She is professional and very friendly and caring . Donna explained every single detail of the car and showed me all the features . It was an education very much appreciated. My new car is a pleasure to drive and is everything I hoped for and more . I special ordered it tailor made to my specifications with Donna's help . Braman is very lucky to have Donna there and I will certainly recommend her to my friends . (I also have the best advisor who is always helpful and takes good care of my cars . Edwardo Fuentes .) This is the second gti we purchased. Our experience with the first car was excellent. Service during our ownership couldn't ahve been better. After the three year lease was up in November, we came back to the first car was excellent. Service during our ownership couldn't ahve been better. I SERVICED MY BMW 128i AT BRAMAN MOTORCARS AND AM NOT ONLY VERY SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL WORK AND SERVICE, I'M THANKFUL !! EDUARDO ADVISED ME AS TO WHAT SERVICE WAS DUE WHEN I CALLED, AND GAVE PROFESSI ONLY VERY SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL WORK AND SERVICE, I'M THANKFUL !! My wife and I are longtime customers of Braman. When I bought a new Z4 in late October, 2009, the car stalled repeatedly in Sport drive. After several futile attempts by Service to fix it, I was given a bought a new Z4 in late October, 2009, the car stalled repeatedly in Sport drive. After several futile attempts by Service to fix it, I was given a replacement that turned out to have the very same problem. Braman Sales was no help at all (even suggesting that I would be "happier" in a 1- or 3-series). It was not until Chris Huffman got into it directly that things started to change for the better. It turned out that this was a "known issue" with 2009 Z4's driving in Sport mode. Chris had Braman pay my lease until BMW came up with a fix, during which time I could not drive the car in Sport. The problem was found to be a computer issue, it was satisfactorily resolved and my experience with BMW service, thanks to Chris and Eduardo Fuentes, has been exemplary. I would hesitate, however, to walk onto the Sales floor again and may make other plans when my lease expires. More

My experience with the service group especially Eduardo Fuentes has always been fantastic. I have been dealing with Braman BMW since 2001. I have had the same service manager for all of my 6 BMWs. 2 I still own. If ever there was a problem with the car, I was able to reach Eduardo Fuentes by had the same service manager for all of my 6 BMWs. 2 I still own. If ever there was a problem with the car, I was able to reach Eduardo Fuentes by phone, even on a Sunday evening. It was nice to know when the BMW sos people have to tow the car into the dealer, I have someone who is already aware of the problem I was having. He always went out of his way to make sure I had a BMW loaner.....very important when you own them. Always made sure all repairs were done in a timely manner. If they had to order parts and the car would take a little longer, he would inform me right away to make sure I wasn't going to be inconvenienced. If I was going on a long trip through the states, he always checked and or topped up the fluids, air pressure in the tires and wipers. If he ever leaves Braman for another dealer..I may have to follow him. I would also like to add that Vince Cerone, was accessable and listened to a problem I had with one of my cars nine years ago.
