I would highly recommend Kyle Warfield to anyone looking to buy a new/used car. I have been wanting to get a new vehicle for a couple of months now but wanted to wait until I moved to Maryland so I would no to buy a new/used car. I was not being able to drive from home to dealership in Frederick, a distance of approximately 58 miles without needing to charge or else having no peace about arriving before power was gone. If I used the radio, lights, heater, windshield wipers it was just like the power was disappearing like like drinking a glass of water. It had been two months to the date that I was struggling with this issue and I felt I had a good feel for "Miss Miracle" and knew that was not what the company or dealership would want me to constantly fret about. She is more "grand" than that! More

Devynn White got to us quickly, listened well to our needs, and had us on a test drive in no time. She was knowledgeable about the car we test drove (and ended up buying), and she was able to find out needs, and had us on a test drive in no time. She was there until after 9 pm, when we drove our new used car off the lot to go home, and she was there smiling again at 9 am the next day when we returned to finish loose ends. We were given a fair trade for our old car, and we did not feel "worked over," as we had from a few other dealerships we visited. Ed was a master at the paperwork, and it all ended up being actually a PLEASANT experience. Devynn has taken several follow-up calls from us and returned calls quickly when messages were left. She even called out of the blue after the sale to see how it was all going. Frederick Nissan is a few miles further away than others, but it will be our FIRST stop next time we buy a car. You just can't beat the customer service experience there. More
