Initial contact w/ Jeff was via the Internet. Very professional / quick in his follow-up response. When I got to the dealership, he had the perfect car ready for me to test drive. Was looking for a quality used car for my wife and the Nissan Murano was my prime target. After two weeks of searching too many online sites and going to all of the used car "specialists" between Hagersto Nissan Murano was my prime target. After two weeks of searching too many online sites and going to all of the used car "specialists" between Hagerstown and Rockville, I stopped by Frederick Nissan to see what was available. What I didn't want was to be chum for a shark and have to fend off an overzealous sales person. Then I met Jeff Lasko. He asked questions, actually listened to my answers, and then helped me find what was right for me, instead of what he wanted me to buy. No pressure, no bs. I took a sweet 2006 Murano for a 45 min. test drive and to show my wife for the final approval. Two hours later I called him to ask if I could keep it until 3:00. He said to keep it until you're sure it's right "for you and your family". At 6:00 my wife and I were back to finalize the deal. After going through the preliminary info gathering with Jeff, he sent us on to Finance Manager Ed Beleznay to complete the purchase. I was expecting the traditional add-on hard sell (undercoating, warranty, etc.), but it never happened. Ed was honest, straight forward, and professional throughout the entire process. Even the next day when there was a glitch with the trade-in title transfer, Ed worked around our schedule to get it right (even though it was my fault!). Overall, it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had(I'm 50) and I will be recommending Frederick Nissan and their staff to everyone I know that's looking for a great price and great customer service! I noticed a very large van in the lot one Sunday, which was not the typical type of vehicle the dealership carries or the type of vehicle I would normally seek. However, I recently opened a catering compan was not the typical type of vehicle the dealership carries or the type of vehicle I would normally seek. However, I recently opened a catering company and was in need of a larger vehicle. I was driving the Nissan Frontier I purchased from Frederick Nissan in 2002. I really loved my truck and I love Nissans, but my business was calling for a larger vehicle. I inquired about the van online and was contacted by Martin almost immediately. I was on a very tight budget, and was willing to wait for another van if I couldn't work out a great deal on this one. At first, though Martin was very helpful, the numbers were not adding up to a deal I could afford. After a few rounds, I was offered a very good deal on my trade and a price I could work with. The deal was done quickly and efficiently. I came by the dealership the next day with payment, knowing that Martin was enjoying a day off. I just wanted to leave the payment to hold the van through the weekend while I went on a short trip. Nick and Jeff took over and got the paperwork done for me that day, which I didn't even ask them to do. I believe credit for the sale should be shared between Martin and Jeff Lasko. Jeff spent about an hour preparing paperwork and getting my vehicle ready for me to take home. He was gracious and very helpful to me. Nick and Ed also did an exceptional job tying up the loose ends. To be honest, the only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that Steve Farley was walking around the day I purchased the van and never even acknowledged my presence. I provided his dealership with a very smooth and easy sale, and would have appreciated a word of thanks or at least a greeting from him. I have always really loved dealing with Frederick Nissan, and I miss seeing Gene Hickman around the dealership smiling and checking in on everyone. Mr. Farley may have been extra busy that day, but he passed by me at least 4 times without so much as glancing in my direction. Besides this, I had a very good experience and am enjoying my new van. More

My experience was a wonderful one everyone there was ready to answer any questions I had. My sales person was Martin Jones he is wonderful I was coming in to purchase a 2010 Altima and walked away with ready to answer any questions I had. He had many customer arrive @ one time but made sure someone was taking care of things for me at all times. The finance gentlement I worked with was Ed Beleznay he had great customer service skills and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and when it is time to purchase my next vehicle it will diffently be brought there. Thanks guys for your help. More

This experience was nothing short of CONVENIENT. Jeff had the car ready for us to test drive and he knew we'd love it! We took it for a spin, told Jeff we loved it, and within a short time, we were driving h the car ready for us to test drive and he knew we'd love it! Jeff had arranged the financing already for us, so we spent a short time signing papers with Ed and answering any questions we had and then we were on our way. Jeff went over the details of the car from top to bottom filling us in on all the things our new car can do! We took a tour of the dealership, met the service dept. and discussed the service schedule a bit.This is the second time we have bought a car from Jeff and the Nissan team and we couldn't be happier. I walked in this dealership with the intention of "just looking." When I was introduced to Tommy, I was really impressed. He was so personal, easy going and not pushy - like other sales consultants "just looking." When I was introduced to Tommy, I was really impressed. He was so personal, easy going and not pushy - like other sales consultants that I've seen before. I could see his honesty in his demeanor. He made me feel like I had known him all my life. He was compliant with all my requests. He knew a lot about the car and answered all my questions. He took his time with us. It was nice to do business with someone who was so professional, but yet easy to relate to. I also found that other members of the staff were friendly and accomdating. It was a real pleasure to be there. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. I'm still waiting on my $25 gift card Tommy :) More

Jeff was great. I was emailing 3 dealerships all promising everything. One dealership ask me to come back during the President sales and we had to wait 15 minutes to talk to him. Then found out he promising everything. One dealership ask me to come back during the President sales and we had to wait 15 minutes to talk to him. Then found out he didn't even have the Altima that was fully loaded. Jeff not only had the car, he sent me the price and pictures of the car I wanted in the correct color. When we got there we was greeted and Jeff came out within 5 minutes of getting there. Because I was talking to Jeff through email, he had the car wash and ready to go for a demo by time we got there. After we decided that we want the car, Jeff had the car prep for final sales, while we did the paperwork. It took less then 2 hours to do all the paperwork and get the great financing deal. We walk out with a 2011 Nissan Altima, fully loaded in Navy Blue with 1.9% financing and no money down. It was one of the greatest experience I had in purchasing a car. More
