Edward Himes is extremely professional even under adverse situations. The dealership made multiple errors with our transaction including finance, payoff and title application. Although I called with compla situations. The dealership made multiple errors with our transaction including finance, payoff and title application. Although I called with complaints about each of these issues, Eddie never avoided my calls and tried his best to provide a resolution. Unfortunately, it did not seem like other dealership employees had the same commitment to ensuring that transactions were completed accurately and ethically. Bell Road Mitsubishi should value Ed's excellent customer service as he is the only reason that I did not file a complain with Mitsubishi corporate and Arizona Office of Investigator General. More
