The service was very thorough and addressed the concern that I had about the noise the car was making. Took care of a recall that I was not aware was on my vehicle and even filled my car up with gas for me that I had about the noise the car was making. Peter in tech even took the time to adjust the settings on my navigation as it was driving me nuts on the highways! More

Ed had me in and out in less than hour and a half while I waited. Was able to us her waiting room to do some work and video conference calls. Saved me on commuting back to the office and then back to the dealership to pick up the car. All pretty seamless. Only downside is that Lexus doesn’t offer WiFi in their waiting area. Doesn’t make sense to have a nice waiting area with separate seats to work at and no WiFi. Used my phone as a hot spot but seems penny wise and dollar foolish for a brand as reputable as Lexus. More

Went for Bluetooth problem, I was told to come back since the consultant was not able to figure out. I went back the 2nd time when Technology guy was on, I was asked to pay $185.00 to troubleshoot, at the en the consultant was not able to figure out. I went back the 2nd time when Technology guy was on, I was asked to pay $185.00 to troubleshoot, at the end of 2.3 hours, I was told that they have no fix and I need to replace the entire system. I am extremely disappointed. Due to this, my rating reflects the service I received. My problem still not solved More
