Reliable, Loving and Positive People in all positions Derek is someone who really cares about customer and the car with equal diligence. I always feel there is a team behind him that will provide quality of care, speed given my own sense of urgency, and affordability working with me when service gets more expensive after warranties are done. This is my third car as I travel many miles and the service has never wavered with any of them when one is not available. Have worked with the whole team and they are always welcoming, knowledgeable about the car and clearly collaborate with mechanics to make sure everything is checked, assessed, and recommendations made.
