Finance guy was great. Did not enjoy paying more than the MSRP for this car. If Efren Madrigal was the Finance person I dealt with, not a pleasant experience. Although I am a repeat customer at Joyce Honda, because their customer database only goes back to 2014, I am now a total stranger to them. I was surprised that because I was paying for the car with a bank teller's check, this was a red flag to them that mandated my social security number for some kind of security/background check and answering security questions. There was also a very hard sell for the extra warranty coverage. I first said no, but that only made the finance person come back at me with a harder sell. I kept hearing how much he loved the state of New Jersey, but this state has so many potholes, I need the extra coverage because of my very expensive but apparently fragile high performance tires. I finally took the coverage but none of this was a pleasant experience. More

My wife has always liked tiny cars and she wanted me to call my friend Joe SanRoman and ask if there were any Fits on the lot. He got one out of inventory and told her to take it out for a test drive. He l call my friend Joe SanRoman and ask if there were any Fits on the lot. My wife was so happy that she was making the right decision. She bought it and drove it home and she’s now all over the palace with it. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable about every aspect of her purchase, would go back in a minute for our auto needs, Thank you Joyce Honda and Joe! More
