Ehsan was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I bought CR-V Hybrid. He explains all details about warranty on different car systems including high voltage battery. We did nice test drive and take I bought CR-V Hybrid. He explains all details about warranty on different car systems including high voltage battery. We did nice test drive and take that car right away. Document processing was done in smooth way. Next day I came with complains about terrible sound car produce when it put in Rear gear. Ehsan was patient and spend a lot of time and finally explains, what this is a government mandated feature "Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System".
