I felt that Eiji could have been friendlier and my family thought he was not listening to us but it was end of day so maybe he was tired. Ryan was wonderful with arranging some paint repair, car wash family thought he was not listening to us but it was end of day so maybe he was tired. Even though I arranged my own financing, I ran into a small snag and your financial, used car and financial (Nick or Kevin, not sure of the name) departments helped and are also wonderful.
