Hi tcevans, Thank you for your feedback. We certainly understand your frustration with needing to address repairs on a recently purchased vehicle. Though it is a certified pre-owned vehicle, it still is a pre-owned vehicle that was purchased with existing mileage and wear and tear. Certain vehicle components are not covered under warranty, nor are there exact life expectancies on when these components may fail or need to be repaired/replaced. Since the purchase of your vehicle, it appears you have driven more than 24,000 miles on top of the existing mileage on the vehicle. As your vehicle progresses in age and mileage, there will be some time-based and wear-based items that need to be completed. We will be happy to assist you in maintaining your vehicle to the Subaru-recommended specifications to ensure your vehicle stays on the road for many miles and years to come.
