The first salesmen was quite knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with, but unfortunately we were not able to come to an agreement. As a result, I left and was planning on purchasing a new Mercedes from the Santa Monica dealer on Saturday as their offer was too good to pass up. However, then i had the pleasure of speaking with Rami, who convinced me that purchasing a car at your dealership was better and to come down one last time and hear him out. Although your offer was not as enticing as Santa Monica, he provided such a wonderful experience that i ended up purchasing a car that day! The experience of purchasing a car is just as important as the cost and thanks to Rami, i felt like i got both. Thanks Rami! More
