The ford escape wasn’t even on the lot yet and Kaylen legit went out of her way to get the vehicle from the detailer and all to show it to me. She was transparent and real… which I LOVED. Told me every step of the process as it happened (I’m a first time buyer too! I didn’t feel shamed or taken advantage of.) The process went so smoothly, and though I walked out paying more than what I was expecting—but thanks to Tut considering what financing option would benefit me… the car was not only more financially feasible but it also ended up being Blue Certified, I’m more than grateful and satisfied with the service!
