I had the absolute pleasure of working with William May (sales) and Elbert "Tut" Edwards (finance). I had a preconceived idea of what the buying process would be based on everything I've seen/heard online (sales) and Elbert "Tut" Edwards (finance). I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific truck, but with my luck it had sold the day before. No problem, he already had another comparable truck ready to go when I got there. The sales process was unbelievably smooth. I had been preparing for a week expecting this to be a long and unbearable process, but I couldn't have been more wrong. It was quick, he was straightforward and actually worked with me and answered all my questions professionally. I would highly recommend William May to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience. I didn't choose "Tut", but man are we lucky we got him. You should absolutely request him when you start the finance process. You can not go wrong with him. He made everything feel so laid back and comfortable. He gave us all the options but didn't push us or make us feel uncomfortable to say no when we didn't want certain options. Again, I had a preconceived idea of how the financing process was going to go and I was dreading every second of it. After it was all said and done, we couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I can't express anymore how great these two are on their own, but if you are lucky to get them both, then you are guaranteed to have a smooth and enjoyable buying process. More
