Had a great experience dealing with Joad at Five Star Ford NRH. From the moment he contacted us on the vehicle that my wife and I had interest, we received nothing but great attitude and patience from Jo Ford NRH. From the moment he contacted us on the vehicle that my wife and I had interest, we received nothing but great attitude and patience from Joad. Always stayed in contact with us to let us know status of vehicle but never became too pushy to make a sale. Never made us feel like we were never going to find a better deal elsewhere. This purchase took a full week to make and not because of them. We wanted to make sure we were getting best deal and Joad understood that and was patient and always professional about it. Could of easily moved on to another potential customer but stuck with us. This is our 5th new vehicle purchase and by far the best experience yet. Highly recommend Joad to anyone seeking a new Ford vehicle because you will be treated awesome. More

I had the best vehicle purchasing experience ever with William and who can be upset when around Tutman?! I had a bit of confusion when I first got here as this was my first trip to this dealership. Willia William and who can be upset when around Tutman?! I had a bit of confusion when I first got here as this was my first trip to this dealership. William stepped right up and offered to help me. I knew exactly what I was there to look at and he made sure I was able to. What a good dude! Plus, he’s a bad to the bone drummer and he loves my home state-Montana! If this wasn’t a God thing, I don’t know what is. Thanks so much for such a wonderful experience. I love my new truck! More
