Instead of feeling nervous or having second thoughts or pressured, I felt relaxed, happy, and absolutely sure because I did not have a salesman pressuring me AT ALL. Environment was very friendly. When it was time for the real deal with finance I was a little nervous but Tuat broke the ice with his smile . It was hassle free, he worked with me to get a great deal, and best of all, I walked out with a smile on my face. So, if you are looking to buy your next vehicle, come here and you will not be disappointed. Again, I recommend Mario in Sales and Tuat in finance. I am happily enjoying my 2015 Mustang???? More

Once the purchases was done he made sure the tank was filled and that both my old and new vehicle was together so that I could transfer my personal belongings to my new vehicle. He never rushed me to complete the task and assisted at every turn to make sure my experience with Five Star Ford was the best it could be. I have purchased several vehicles from Five Star Ford and at least two from him personally. He makes the experience of buying a new vehicle a pleasure. If I do need a new another new vehicle I will return to Five Star Ford and Alfred because of the previous experiences I have had. Now when it comes to financing Elbert Edwards is the best. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but I don't remember having a finance person treat me as well as he does. I have financed several vehicles with Five Star Ford and he has hand in one way or another with all of them. Since he has been put in the roll of finance I would not use anyone else he has me sold at his knowledge of the finance process to make it easy and hopefully even painless if you consider spending the type of money I spend on a vehicle painless. He does his best to keep my payments as low as he can to keep me coming backing to Five Star Ford. I will continue to buy from Five Star Ford as long as you keep people that I have used in your staff because they do make the buying experience easier with their knowledge. Everything I expected from an awesome dealer. I went looking for vehicles at other locations but when I came here it was just amazing. I knew I needed a family vehicle and once I saw their lineup I went looking for vehicles at other locations but when I came here it was just amazing. I knew I needed a family vehicle and once I saw their lineup there was no going back. After only 3 hours I drove away with a Ford expedition that was well suited for my family. We arrived at the dealership around 8PM and they stayed up with us till 11pm with no rushing just a smile on their face. I understand they are making money but to explain everything in such detail was everything I needed. He was patient and worked with me over a few weeks and three visits to the dealership until the right truck at the right price was available. I had never considered the package I ultimately bought since it was not heavily marketed on the website. During the buying process, I visited two other Ford dealerships since I had requested information at ford.com. John stood out against the others in product knowledge and his willingness to follow up with me when he found the right truck for me. It's great to have someone who really knows the variety of available products and will actually take time to match my needs to a vehicle.
