I honestly loved the experience, they're very helpful and friendly. I purchased my vehicle online in Maine and they we're very quick with getting my paperwork out to me so that my car could be delivered. and friendly. They have a very transparent pricing and they did not charged me for oil change because I got a free oil from Toyota but they just pulled it out from the system. Our salesman was wonderful and spent a lot of time with us. The car we bought ended up a good price and the salesman spent a lot of time going over the features even though it was late in the day. The fault we had lies with the finance department. We specifically said our credit could only be run once, but it was run 3 times. The finance gentleman had a terrible attitude and said he would email our paperwork even though we asked for a hard copy and I had to request it be sent 2 more times before finally getting it. More
