Mr. Elian was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish an extremely pleasant experience. I ended up with an unexpected flat tire maneuvering around an unfortunate accident, the dealership was able to get an extremely pleasant experience. I ended up with an unexpected flat tire maneuvering around an unfortunate accident, the dealership was able to get me in that same day. Unfortunately, the tire was not in stock, they ordered it, and had me back on the road the very next day, even washed my car and vacuumed it. Mr. Elian was so professional and courteous. He just put me at ease my car would be taken care of and set up a ride back to work from the dealership. The entire experience from speaking with the lady to set up the appointment to receiving my car was a pleasant experience because everyone was great to deal with. I can’t recommend Mr. Elian enough!! More

Elian was great about getting me checked in and my vehicle sent back. It is a little rough when you have a 130 oil change and wash appointment and it's after 4 when you get to leave. I appreciate my vehicle sent back. It is a little rough when you have a 130 oil change and wash appointment and it's after 4 when you get to leave. I appreciate my service personnel, but we gotta take down that time, especially on an appointment not a show up. More
