He came in with the best price upfront compared to another dealer I spoke with. I was knowledgeable about Cadillac’s as this is my 3rd in 15 years, but Eli ensured I knew about the new developments, even upcoming cars and models (EVs, etc) before I left as part of my on boarding/closing process at Sarant. We did not video chat, but spoke over the phone daily, at my preference, although it was offered.
