I am a long-time customer of previously Bill Sullivan and now Arlington Heights Buick GMC. Elliot left for the day and left me in good hands with Victor Melendes who was AWESOME! Victor was so thorough in assisting me with getting my new 2021 GMC Terrain connected and explained all of the options available. The entire process was easy, quick, and smooth. Payton in the financial department was incredibly patient and again helpful. Everyone was on the same page, I didn't have to fight, haggle, renegotiate the price, what Elliot said to me is what I purchased the car for and actually, it was a bit less. It was so refreshing to know that Elliot cared about me, the customer, and not the almighty dollar, he just wanted me taken care of and that is what he did.
