setting up the appointment was ridiculous, there's a
recall service I wanted to have done when I brought it in for the service, but was told, repeatedly, that the recall for the frozen door latch could

It was 16° the day of the service appointment, what a joke the Scheduler is, she just should have been honest and stated the Dealership doesn't want to do the recall.
