Though our sales and finance representatives were great, I have a complaint regarding the dealership. The car we bought only had 1 key fob. I requested a second one, but was told i could purchase another on I have a complaint regarding the dealership. The car we bought only had 1 key fob. I requested a second one, but was told i could purchase another one. I spent thousands and they could not spend 200. as a customer courtesy. Additionally, today, 1 day after picking up the car, the one and only key fob needed a new battery. I was fortunate in that I needed to go back to the dealer today and they did replace the battery. Otherwise I guess I may not have been able to drive the car until I spent more money for someone to come and help me. More
