No way to communicate by text or phone to get status of repairs. Tried every number and text for two hours. Lithia and especially Matthew went above and beyond during and after my service appointment. After service we were heading back to Cantwell and about halfway back my Santa Cruz started to shudder, loos during and after my service appointment. After service we were heading back to Cantwell and about halfway back my Santa Cruz started to shudder, loose power, and warning indicator lights started to flash. After pulling over I called Lithia Hyundai and spoke with the service manager and made arrangements to bring the truck back after the Holiday weekend. After revisiting the problems the vehicle had and inspected the condition of the transmission fluid Matthew told me that they tried several times but they couldn't duplicate the error codes that appeared. On my way back to Cantwell again about halfway while passing another vehicle it happened again. I immediately pulled over and called Lithia and spoke with Matthew. Both incidents happened while passing another vehicle using full throttle. Matthew thought the problem was residual carbon from cleaning the throttle bodies and told me steps to try. He also gave me his cell number and told me to keep him informed of what was going on. He even contacted me again to see if the problem happened again while we were towing our trailer back home to Maryland from Alaska. More

Unable to open my doors without paying 5000. 00 is absolutely ridiculous. Then I get home and notice my car has a massive scratch that was not there before and still no response from Service Mana 00 is absolutely ridiculous. Then I get home and notice my car has a massive scratch that was not there before and still no response from Service Manager. Not happy with Service center right now at all. But Kevin is always great and tries his best. The rest are in need of serious training. More

The lack of communication makes me want to not come back. They don’t answer phone or text. Had to call another department to get ahold of someone. And they didn’t even look at my car, did not reach out to me They don’t answer phone or text. Had to call another department to get ahold of someone. And they didn’t even look at my car, did not reach out to me until an hour before closing on a Friday. Kept my car and gave me a loaner. When you can speak to someone the staff is very friendly. But scheduling service is sooooo inconvenient. More

Horrible communication, I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealership. Kevin was okay but hardly returned my calls. Didn’t do a walk around with me before I left the lot didn’t notice a big experience with a dealership. Kevin was okay but hardly returned my calls.
