Unprofessional staff. Insufficient knowledge of the car features and given me inaccurate information. Delivery of vehicle did not cleanup … sloppy license plate install Insufficient knowledge of the car features and given me inaccurate information. Delivery of vehicle did not cleanup … sloppy license plate install with stickers completely cockeyed … chipped the paint while removing the dealer installed logo. Took over two weeks to receive my money for the trade in that dealer took from me two weeks prior … no follow up status until I called twice. Brand new car had low tire warning come on 5 days after took delivery of the car … finding out all 4 were under inflated by 9 psi. No forewarning how to release charger port if locked in place. No one knew how to initiate the one year included charging … took much effort and calls on my part to finally get that. Did not give me all the paperwork when I bought and paid. More
