Terrible business practices from these guys. They offer a vehicle history report on the website, but when you request it, they never send it. If you reach out to them to let them know you have not received it they keep pressing you for personal information. What is your cell number? What is your address? What kind of car do you drive now? How is your credit? etc...... NONE of this is necessary for them to send me a report so I can read up on the history of a vehicle. This is just their way of trying to bully a customer and is a way for them to sell vehicles that most likely have a HUGE RED FLAG on the history report. Makes me believe they are selling vehicles with hidden damage and issues to customers who are just trying to make a purchase in good faith. More
